Pentaerythritol ICX (Penta ICX) is Penta of very high purity and controlled particle size. It is a white crystalline material. The product is a polyhydric alcohol containing four primary hydroxyl groups. Penta ICX, with its elevated Di-Penta content, is specially designed for PETN filled in ignition cords (IC).
Segment Applications
Penta ICX is specially designed for Nitration and the production of Penta Tetra Nitrate (PETN). Naturally the product can be used for the production of other type of esters as well.
